RAWTINO SHIPPING POLICY

At Rawtino we believe getting your order should be just as exciting as wearing it. Every package is carefully prepared and shipped with love — built from culture, delivered to yours.


FREE SHIPPING — UNITED STATES ONLY

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum required.

Free shipping is already included in every product price. No surprises at checkout. No hidden fees. For US customers shipping is always on us.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time Rawtino ships within the United States only.

International shipping including US Territories such as Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands may have additional shipping costs calculated at checkout.

We are working on expanding worldwide. Stay tuned at rawtino.shop for updates. 🌍

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment
  • Track your order at rawtino.shop or directly through the carrier website
  • If you did not receive a tracking email check your spam folder first
  • Still no tracking? Email us at rawtino@rawtino.shop

We ship using the following carriers:

  • FedEx

Carrier is selected based on the fastest and most reliable option for your location.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order:

  • Rawtino is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Contact us immediately if you notice an error at rawtino@rawtino.shop
  • Address changes can only be made before the order ships
  • Re-shipping fees may apply for returned packages due to incorrect addresses

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Wait 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  • Email us at rawtino@rawtino.shop within 7 days of marked delivery date
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a resolution

Rawtino is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.


DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your package or item arrived damaged:

  • Take photos immediately upon opening
  • Email rawtino@rawtino.shop within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the damage
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During peak seasons processing and shipping times may be longer. Order early during:

  • Thanksgiving week
  • Christmas and New Year
  • Mother's Day and Father's Day

Holiday cutoff dates will be posted on rawtino.shop and our social media.


FREQUENTLY ASKED SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Is shipping really free? Yes — for all US orders. Free shipping is built into every product price. No minimum required.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time. US domestic orders only.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico? Puerto Rico is a US Territory — shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Can I change my address after ordering? Contact us immediately at rawtino@rawtino.shop. Changes can only be made before the order ships.

Do you ship to PO Boxes? Yes we ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

Can I expedite my shipping? Currently we offer standard free shipping only for US orders. Expedited options coming soon.

My order says delivered but I don't have it — what do I do? Wait 24–48 hours then contact your local post office. If still unresolved email us within 7 days.
